Women empowerment is very important. Regardless of what other people think, women play an important role in society. At the same time you can see the rise of movement of women throughout the years. Many governments all around the world are starting to see the worth of women and treating them with a higher respect by giving them more leeway to decide just like in Africa. These are triumphs in their small ways.

These free government grants have been around for some time because the Canadian government has recognized the important role of these empowered women. Did you know that in the business sector of Canada, one-third is made up of these self-employed women? It’s great that they are being recognized and because of that, the government has been able to set aside some money for them to start a business or to expand their existing one. Women are considered a minority in many societies so it is just right that there are government grants to help them gain an equal footing and too make a life that is fit for them. It’s wonderful when they can be self reliant and at the same have a way to provide for their family and touch the community as well.
