| Elegant,
a classic beauty, Eve danced the Charleston with bootleggers in the 1920's. In
1935, she hired a private eye to follow her husband. In the 50's Eve joined the
PTA and worried about Communism. By the 60's, she was hosting elegant soirees
for the Republican Party, quitting to join a commune and grow organic carrots
in the 1970's. The 80's were a glittery whirl of dance, romance, finance and
padded shoulders. In the 1990's, she was presiding over an Internet startup and
leading hostile takeovers. Not to be trifled with. |
