If you prefer to pay using US Postal Service, or FAX Mail do not enter
a Credit Card
Number. Fill in all other fields and your order will be E-Mailed
to us
through our Secure Server. You will be provided an Order Page to
print for use in FAXing your order to us, you will have to fill in the
payment information on the printed form before FAXing or Mailing the
form Conformation of your order will be by
return E-Mail. We believe in 100% customer satisfaction and
practice
100% refunds if:
- Notified of your intent to return items within 72 hours
of receipt.
- Returned items are received within 30 days of
notification.
- Item(s) are returned in the same condition as
